This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, shipping areas, and important information about ordering from Xprina.

1. Shipping Coverage

📍 Philippines Only

We currently ship only within the Philippines. All orders must have a shipping address within Philippine territory. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our shipping services cover all major cities and provinces across the Philippines, including:

  • Metro Manila and surrounding areas
  • Luzon (North and South)
  • Visayas region
  • Mindanao region
  • Remote areas (with additional delivery time)

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Our Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery across the Philippines: LBC Express and JRS Express

🚚 Standard Delivery

Within Visayas: 1-2 business days

Metro Manila & Luzon: 2-4 business days

Mindanao: 3-5 business days

Via LBC Express & JRS Express regular service

⚡ Express Delivery

Metro Manila & Luzon: 1-2 business days

Mindanao: 2-3 business days

Within Visayas: Next-day delivery

Via LBC Rush & JRS Express services

🏔️ Remote Areas

Island provinces: 5-10 business days

Mountain provinces: 7-12 business days

Remote barangays: 10-15 business days

Additional handling time may apply for hard-to-reach areas

Note: Delivery times are estimates based on our courier partners' standard service levels. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

All orders go through our custom printing and quality control process:

  • Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Design Review: 1-2 business days for design approval
  • Production Time: 3-7 business days depending on complexity
  • Quality Control: 1 business day for final inspection
  • Packaging & Dispatch: 1 business day

Total Processing Time: 6-11 business days before shipping

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and chosen service level:

Standard Shipping Rates (from Visayas)

  • Within Visayas: ₱120-200 per order
  • Metro Manila: ₱180-280 per order
  • Luzon provinces: ₱200-350 per order
  • Mindanao: ₱250-400 per order
  • Remote areas: ₱400-750 per order

Express Shipping Rates

  • Within Visayas: ₱200-300 per order
  • Metro Manila & Luzon: ₱350-500 per order
  • Mindanao: ₱400-600 per order

Express service available via LBC Rush and JRS Express

Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₱5,000 within Visayas region.

Important: The shipping rates listed above are estimates only. Final shipping costs may vary based on actual package weight, dimensions, and specific delivery location. Exact shipping fees will be calculated and confirmed when your order is ready for shipping.

5. Delivery Information

Address Requirements

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information:

  • Full recipient name
  • Complete street address with house/building number
  • Barangay, city/municipality, and province
  • Postal code
  • Contact phone number
  • Landmark or special delivery instructions (if needed)

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
  • Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery
  • Customer will be contacted before each delivery attempt

6. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your order status through our courier partners:

  • Tracking number provided once your order ships via LBC or JRS
  • SMS and email notifications at key delivery milestones
  • Real-time tracking through LBC Express and JRS Express websites
  • Direct tracking links: LBC Tracking | JRS Tracking
  • Customer service support for tracking inquiries

7. Damaged or Lost Items

Our courier partners (LBC Express and JRS Express) are responsible for items during shipping:

  • Damaged items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to us and the courier
  • Lost packages: Courier will investigate and provide compensation based on their policies
  • Claims process: We will assist you in filing claims with the courier company
  • Insurance: All shipments are insured by the courier for declared value
  • Courier responsibility: Damages or losses during transit are handled by LBC/JRS according to their terms

Note: While the courier is responsible for items in transit, we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Holiday and Weather Delays

Shipping may be affected by:

  • National holidays: No processing or shipping on national holidays
  • Typhoons and severe weather: Deliveries suspended for safety
  • Peak seasons: Extended delivery times during Christmas and New Year
  • Local emergencies: Shipping delays in affected areas

We will notify customers of any weather-related or holiday delays via email and SMS.
